Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of services provided by SyncFlow Labs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at London, United Kingdom ("we", "us").

1. Our services

We provide custom software development, web platforms, SaaS products, integrations, hosting-related and maintenance services ("Services") as described on our website, in a package description or in a written proposal.

2. Orders and acceptance

An order is placed when you complete payment on our website or through a payment link we send you. Before paying you must confirm that you have read and accept these Terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. A contract is formed when we send you the payment confirmation email.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in the currency you select (GBP, EUR, USD or TRY) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Payments may require 3D Secure authentication by your bank.
• An invoice is emailed to you immediately after payment and is always available in your client area.

4. Delivery

We start work after payment unless agreed otherwise. Delivery timelines shown on package pages are estimates that depend on you providing the content, access and feedback we request in good time.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to respond to reasonable requests, and to ensure that any content you give us does not infringe third-party rights or applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

On full payment, you receive all usage rights to the custom code and designs created specifically for you. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licences. We may reuse general know-how and non-client-specific tools.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please contact us first through your client area or at support@syncflowlabs.com so we can resolve any issue quickly.

8. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability under a contract is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version you accepted at checkout applies to your order.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the country where you live.
