Refund Policy

We want every client to be happy with our work. This policy explains clearly when and how you can cancel and receive a refund. You accept this policy at checkout before paying.

1. Contact us first

If anything is not right, please contact us before taking any other step — through the support form in your client area or by email at support@syncflowlabs.com. We respond within 1 business day and most requests are resolved the same week.

2. Your 14-day right to cancel (consumers)

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase. If you expressly asked us to start the service during this period, we may deduct an amount proportionate to the work already performed up to the time you cancel. Where digital content or a service is supplied in full with your express consent within the 14 days, the right to cancel no longer applies.

3. Project packages

• Before work has started: full refund.
• After work has started: refund of the unused portion, minus work already performed (discovery, design, development hours), calculated transparently.
• After delivery and acceptance: no refund, but we will fix any defect that does not match the agreed scope free of charge.

4. Monthly plans

You can cancel a monthly plan at any time; it stops at the end of the current billing period. The current period is not refunded unless required by law.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank they usually appear within 5–10 business days. A credit note is emailed to you for your records.

6. Chargebacks

Opening a dispute with your bank without contacting us delays the outcome for weeks. If a dispute is opened, we will share the transaction records with the bank (order details, your acceptance of these policies, delivery and usage records) as permitted by law.

7. Faulty services

Your statutory rights are not affected. If a service is not performed with reasonable care and skill, we will re-perform it or offer an appropriate price reduction.
